Newcombe Clark had Ann Arbor Transportation Authority officials last week take down this billboard bearing his image now that he is officially a candidate for the Ann Arbor City Council in the 5th Ward. His campaign website is NukeThe5th.org, which is not indicative of any intentions to engage in nuclear warfare — or so he says.

The Moravian

The Ann Arbor Planning Commission postponed approval tonight of an apartment project called The Moravian. Developer Jeff Helminski of the Moravian Co. plans to market his building to young professionals. He proposes a 63-unit, four-story, multiple-family residential building with 164 bedrooms, 90 parking spaces underground, and three work units at the ground level. Read the story.
