Not So Near Anymore

These are some of the blighted and boarded-up houses that now welcome visitors to Ann Arbor on Main Street because a speculative developer's project fell through after years of not maintaining the houses. Luckily, it sounds like the city is going to make sure they get demolished, but unfortunately we're losing some near-downtown housing as that happens. Read the story.
